This 30 minute version of our full length class will get you fighting FIIT. Each of the four sets work legs, arms and abs ensuring your whole body is worked evenly.
This smart HIIT class is based on yoga and functional movements, while firing your fitness levels safely and warming. you down so you feel loose not tight afterwards.

Props - Two blocks if needed, rolled up towels or a rolled up mat or wrist wedge if wrists are stiff
