Fierce Grace 75 Group Class with Michele
Join our latest Teacher Trainees and some other familiar teachers at our North studio for our signature Fierce Grace class - a little shorter with a few poses taken out and a few variations added in.
75 minutes of Flowing Warm up, Warrior Series, Balancing, Arm Strengthening, Core Work, Back Strengthening and Leg Stretching. With a couple of glamour poses thrown in.
Work every inch of your body in this fully rounded class. Get stretched, strengthened, motivated and challenged. Leave feeling rejuvenated and energised yet relaxed.
Level - All levels. Beginners stay in your comfort zone and just do what you can. Advanced take it to your deeper level of expression.
Props needed - Just you and a mat, block and strap useful for the stiffer practitioner.
