Fierce Grace 30 with Daniel
Our classically based yoga class with the FG hallmarks of strength, stamina, fluidity and relaxation, taught by Daniel. The 30 minute version of the class that we designed to be easily adaptable for all levels.

Level - Suitable for any level of practice - beginners work to their own level while more experienced can move into their deeper expressions
Props needed - A block and strap are useful if you are a little stiffer or have knee issues
