Classical yoga spiced with strengthening poses, this multi level class is suitable for all levels from the fitter newcomer to experienced.
Level - suitable for any level of practice - safe for fit-ish newcomers whilst moving the avid FG-o-phile into new areas. The slightly faster pace may not be suitable for the total novice
Props needed - just you and a mat. Block and strap useful for the stiffer practitioner.
