Mich takes you through standing warm up to release hips, ribcage, back, neck, spine, shoulders and arms. Circulation and abdominal area are fired up. And floor poses stretch and release. User friendly movements release and lengthen stiff muscles, get circulation moving, sluggishness removed, breath fired up and systems awakened.
