Expect the key foundation poses from the FG system. A breath-led Warrior sequence, flowing dance like moves coupled with groan inducing core and upper body strengthening, deep hip openers and relaxation. The expansiveness of the class is balanced by its power.
Classical yoga spiced with strengthening poses, this multi level class is suitable for all levels from the fitter newcomer to experienced.
Level - suitable for any level of practice - safe for fit-is newcomers whilst moving the avid FG-o-phile into new areas. The slightly faster pace may not be suitable for the total novice.
Props needed - just you and a mat, block and strap useful for the stiffer practitioner
