This 15 minute Sun Salute based flow takes you into challenging poses to strengthen your muscles while freeing your mind.
Dragon, Cartwheel, Twisted Cartwheel, Ab toners, Triangle, Extended Side Angle and other surprises branch off the Sun Salutation to ensure you feel invigorated, challenged and connected to breath and body.
It's advised to warm up with a few Sun Salutations or your own favourite warm up before commencing this series.
Level - Expect a harder workout and some more challenging transitions - not recommended for the newcomer
Props - A block or big books for your Cartwheel (aka Half Moon) and Extended Side Angle
