This class has been designed to be safe for the unfit, while challenging for the fit. A yoga warm up, a variety of core exercises and a whole body warm down. Strengthen not only your core, but also your arms, shoulders and back.
Level - All levels
Props needed - A rolled up mat or two rolled up towels if you would like to prop under your palm heels to reduce the bend at your wrists in Plank, alternatively put your forearms down instead in Plank poses.
Safety - Ensure your lower back stays flat not arched in Plank/Dolphin, by pulling belly in and tailbone down. In Leg Lowers on your back ensure lower spine stays flat on the floor, so bend your knees and don't lower the legs very far.
