Michele herself fixed both her knees with yoga and avoided knee surgery. She shares best practice in working with your knee issue and how to avoid pain and begin realigning and strengthening your knees. She will demonstrate safe ways to work with your injury.
Yoga is wonderful for realigning the knees and strengthening them so being able to work safely in yoga is in the long term interest of our knees.
