Get expert tips for how to work with back pain or a back injury in online and offline yoga classes.
This short 15 minute guide will give you some safety tips, and show some common mistakes in yoga poses.
Michele discovered yoga while working with knee injuries and has a special interest in working with injuries. She will demonstrate safe entry and exit into various poses that can be challenging for a lower back issue.
Always consult your doctor if you are injured before beginning a yoga practice. And always trust your body. Pain must be avoided, so do not do anything that hurts, always back off, or if you can not find a way to perform a movement without pain, sit it out.
