Our Fierce Mums class will take you through a gentle yoga class to ground, relax and stabilise.
Deep breathing, slower movements, but still leaving you feeling effectively exercised. Victoria will offer modifications and suggestions but always follow your instinct and your body's signals.
Rest for the first trimester, then ensure your doctor has approved you doing yoga. Practise in consultation with your doctor. Do only as much as is comfortable. rest whenever needed. This is not the time to push yourself.

Props - Blocks, a bolster or a large cushion or two ties together to create a large round pad, and a strap and blanket
