For the stiff unfit foot - to the hardworking athletic foot - we all need these exercises to keep our feet functioning as they should.
Work through strengthening, stretches, releases, balancing, joint alignment and opening. Stretch the tops and bottoms, sides and backs of the feet and release tight fascia.
The use of the small yoga ball to create space in the foot is a useful tool to keep feet flexible and circulation unhindered. We spend all day on our feet and they are neglected and overworked. Michele will guide you through a wide variety of exercises and stretches that you can easily adapt.

Props - A mat, towel, and a small yoga ball, trigger point ball (available on amazon for about £5) a lacrosse ball or tennis ball
