Get a taste for our annual Tuscany retreat as Michele takes you through a relaxed 70 minute version of Deep Core from the yoga deck of our Tuscany Retreat centre La Chimera.

A slightly different take on this popular class for those days where you feel like you need some added freedom and fun, while staying with the class format you know. Let go and move in any pose that feels appropriate, following the body's instincts. This class will help to loosen your mental grip and loosen up!
