Alchemical, unpredictable, magical freedom. The "Groove" version is an opportunity to do what you like - have a dance or a sway if the mood strikes. This chilled livestream is best practised to some great tunes.
Explore variations, the unexpected, optional advanced poses and surprises. Move your practice along wherever openings occur for you. Cleverly sequenced to embrace a range of levels, FG2 straddles Fierce Grace and The Beast allowing more experienced students to dip their toes deeper.
Level - best suited to intermediate students, not recommended for beginners although experienced beginners can simply stay in the Fierce Grace class version of poses
Props needed - just you and a mat, block and strap useful for the stiffer practitioner - some great tunes help
