The FG Experience - A five week introduction to the Fierce Grace Method

Join us on a journey through your own possibilities. The FG Experience course is a powerful tool to help you create a strong foundation for your practice, and unlock your flexibility. Perfect for new students and those wanting to review or renew.
This curated selection of five of the key FG classes have been condensed to give you the key poses of each class. This journey across a selection of the main FG classes will deliver a wide experience of what yoga has to offer, take you through the foundations of practice from breath to alignment, and introduce you to the unique benefits of the FG method. You will gain a thorough understanding of how to work, how to improve and how to stay safe while progressing steadily.
Take at least one class a week - doing the Introduction class at minimum - and use the FGTV platform to explore the longer versions of that class, or other classes, using what you have learned in your practice.
When beginning yoga, remember it's best to practise gently every day, rather than in a hardcore way once in a while.
WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
Everyone. Beginners wanting to gain a wide experience of yoga and FG, and gain insights into alignment and different ways of moving. Experienced practitioners who want to refresh their practise and widen their practice by moving in every way possible while re-examining correct form.
TIPS: Do not work into pain. If you are holding your breath you’ve gone too far. A pose is not about depth, it is only about your body, your experience and your alignment. Depth will follow. Look to feel challenged but still enjoy the sensation of the pose.
