This condensed version of Deep Core brings you the best of the cult class that is favoured by both men and women alike, from athletes to the very stiff.
Foundation standing poses improve alignment while this mainly floor based class allows us to drop any desire to “perform” while connecting us deeply with our body and breath.
The hip and leg sequences improve flexibility like never before and deep relaxation leaves us feeling renewed.
The "True Core" is the pelvis, hips and lower back. Learning correct alignment of this core of the body is one of the main foundations of a yoga practice.
Level - suitable for any level of practice including beginners
Props needed - just you and a mat, if you have knee issues or are stiff you may like one or two blocks and an optional strap
