Designed for runners and cyclists but a great class for anyone wanting to stretch tight hamstrings, hip flexors, glutei, quads, IT bands, psoas, calves and feet.
This sequence can also help relieve knee, hip or lower back pain caused by an imbalance in the musculature of the lower body. Designed by FG Founder Michele Pernetta, you'll work on balancing the runners or athletes "powerhouse" - the pelvis, hips, and lower back - by working to correct the relationship between the psoas,, hamstrings, hip flexors, glutei, quads and abdominals which can become imbalanced through over use or underuse and cause knee, hip or lower back pain.
This fun user friendly yoga workout will work the whole body, teach correct alignment while stretching every muscle from the lower back to the toes.
A fabulous tool in any runners or cyclists toolbox.
