Foundation works both as in introduction to the Fierce Grace Method, but also to yoga alignment which is in fact the body’s natural alignment! Many foundation classes can feel too easy, but you will work hard in this well rounded class. You will open tight areas, perform some proven physiotherapy/yoga poses, work to strengthen weak areas and create a great foundation for your yoga, sports and life.
Suitable for total beginners and advanced alike.
Bring: a block and or strap if you have tight shoulders, hips or knees.
