THE FG RESET is a 30 or 14 day yoga challenge that will take you on a journey through the interconnected classes and 250 poses of the Fierce Grace Method - balancing your Fierce with your Grace, your power with your openness.

By practising all classes from the FG Class system you'll move and evolve your body and mind in every way possible. Every kind of movement from circular to linear, static to flowing will reach every part of your body and soul. Practising every day resets our alignment, posture, and delivers increased fitness and incredible flexibility.

30 DAY CHALLENGE
The magic FG Reset formula = 7.16.7

Practise your own personal combination of all the classes in the 7.16.7 ratio over the month. This will safely build muscular support and alignment while targeting your flexibility and strength.
FIERCE GRACE - 16 classes from the Fierce Grace foundation section of the system (Fierce Grace, The Fix, FG2, Classic, Primal, Fierce AKA the Beast)
FIERCE - 7 Fierce classes from the strength and power side of the system (WILD, FIIT, Fly)
GRACE - 7 Grace classes from the flexibility and awareness side of the system (Deep Core, IN, S.O.B)

= Your 30 day reset for body mind and soul.

14 DAY CHALLENGE

To take part in the reset, do your own personal combination of all the classes in this ratio over two weeks:
