This motivating yoga class develops alignment while building strength, stamina and flexibility.
Classis is a great foundation class that is suitable for all ages and levels from the unfit to the experienced.
You will work through foundation poses that run throughout the FG yoga class system, building stability, balance and strength, whilst developing flexibility in your hips, shoulders, glutei and legs.
Level: All levels form beginner to advanced
Props: None, unless you like a block or strap for tight hips, knees or shoulders
