Each week a different class, a different experience, new poses and movements to discover. Get fired up, calmed down, strengthened and stretched in a journey through the FG Systems' more than 200 poses and receive a wide experience of what yoga has to offer. Keep it fresh, challenged and exciting.
This week try S.O.B. (Stiff, Old or Broken). Our yoga-physio class for the injured, the stiff, unfit is a powerful tool in injury rehabilitation, as well as a foundational class for technique. It provides muscle strengthening and stabilisation and will provide modifications to anyone with an injury or issue. The class has a cult following for its focus on correct alignment in the key poses of the FG system, alongside exercises to strengthen core, lower back, hamstrings and sacrum areas.
